The heat did not work on my a/c heat unit. I explained the problem to Chris(supervisor in the office) and he sent out a tech to replace the contactor. The tech discovered the actuator wasn't working either ( to switch the cold over to heat and vice versa). He came back in a couple of days once they received the part. After the tech installed it, the main unit had both hot and cold air flowing out when the temp was set to heat. After several phone calls back to Chris the tech said that was just the way it was. I asked if that was right that the unit should be flowing both hot out one side and cold out of the other side and he said it was. I didn't think that sounded right and there must be more to that. I suggested that if it wasn't fixed 100 percent that I should not have to pay the full price of the job if he couldn't get it to flow all hot air. He called Chris and he told the tech to take the part back out and leave. I called Chris and was told to call from the tech's phone. So the tech called back and Chris explained to me there was nothing else they could do and ""that was just the way it was"". I decided to pay for the job because I had spent too much time with them already so now I have a unit that flows both hot out one side and cold out the other when the thermostat is set to heat. I cannot believe the lack of customer service from Chris and his response to just take the unit out and leave. I also have to turn the thermostat off and on several time to activate the ac once the heat has been on. Truly unprofessional behavior from Chris the supervisor and what is with all the calls back and forth between him and the tech? Does the tech not know what to do? Stay away from these guys. Cons: Poor customer service - stay away from these guys.
