I am in need of a new pool cover and spoke with Katelyn at Reardon about getting measurements for such cover. She explained to me that for $135.00, the amount of a service call, she could have someone come out and take the measurements. I asked that since I was paying for the service call could I get a copy of those measurements, she replied ""Yes."" Tammy (evidently a manager and in dire need of people skills)called to set up the appointment only to be EXTREMELY RUDE saying that they could not do the measurements for that price and that Katelyn didn't understand. I will take my business elsewhere, not only do I not need to be treated like dirt but they obviously don't need any future business from me.
