They do excellent bodywork but that?s all? The sign in the front of the building states that they are an AAA Approved Facility, don?t understand how. Although they do use OEM parts which made me very happy ? but the insurers prefer that shops use generic or salvage replacement parts because they're cheaper. Which the body shop had to fight for the insurance company to pay for. The due date is most likely fiction. Mechanics routinely blame missed deadlines on delays in parts delivery. This is what this body shop did (insurance company estimated repairs should take 9-10 days in reality it took 8 weeks) In the insurance companies estimate it clearly stated that this vehicle must be torn down for hidden damage before repair and or parts are ordered. Supplements must be pre-approved. They did not submit the supplement until about 1-month after the repairs were complete. The truth is that many of them take on more business than they can handle. Before you commit your business to a shop, check the local Better Business Bureau and government consumer-affairs offices for complaints against it.
