Review content:
This place instilled the hate and lack of trust I have in dealerships/auto service centers. We come in to get an engine block heater installed and after raising the car and taking everything apart, they realize the engine block heater doesnt fit. They charge us for a half an hour of labor for nothing. We went to another auto shop to see if the engine block heater could be installed there, before and they told us they couldnt install it, and charged us nothing. Believing that this other auto shop was lying to us and didn't know how to install the heater, we came to doane's. God knows what shop to trust. NONE!
Cons: charge high labor rates. Bad service
