Review content:
Well, my wife and I just ate at Relish and frankly it is the best meal in Breck. Everything appears the normal faire, but you soon discover the creativity given to each dish that makes each amazingly unique and wonderfully flavorful. The grilled calamari scattered over a fried avocado, the buffalo lasagna, the rainbow trout over corn risotto and asparagus, all paired with great wines and the option of a legendary ?beer cellar?. The ambience is a welcoming and warm room which looks up to Peaks 8, 9, and 10, simply majestic. Our server Tracy was very attentive and took great care of us and Diane (I believe the manager/host) ensured that everything was exceptional? and it was. To wrap up a wonderful evening, the options for dessert and desert drinks are exceptional. The cr?me Brulee, Forbidden rice pudding, gelato are just to name a few.
Pros: Great food, wine, service, ambience
Cons: Not in OpenTable, else nothing
