Worst service ever! The owner, Paul, would call and yell at us when we would try to schedule appointments. It took weeks to get them to come out and finish the work that was started. The price kept changing. We were told that everything we needed was included in the estimate, and then extra charges were added for inspections, and they were not cleared with us. Also, we were almost shut down because permits were not pulled for the job. When we asked for a copy of our permits, copies of ones for a church that had a hood installed 6 years prior were sent over. We ended up having to pay extra to have our permits done quickly. The contract says that all permits are the customers responsibility, however, only someone with a forced air certification can pull permits for the hood. The workers that come out are super nice and so are the ladies who answer the phone. The owner is the problem. He is on disability and should not be working. They ended-up walking off the job. Do not use Uni-pro.
