Very disapointed in Customer Service. My husband sat with a female rep, kelly. She designed a beautiful kitchen with the cabinets we liked came 4:30 she was finished, her day was over at 4. Promised to send email with design of kitchen with cabinets we first saw. We also asked if she could do another estimate on a more reasonable model, she said she would email first thing in the morning its 4:10 and still no email. Needless to say we will not order our cabinets from them. We are meeting with contractor on Monday and he said he may have someone. Will never recommend to anyone. We figure on spending between 20 to 25 thousand on kitchen. Guess the business is so good they dont mind losing this sale.
