Review content:
Unlike the person who wrote the above review I have to say I disagree. It's true that it is a Working man's bar but.....As far as the cleanllyness goes it is one of the few establishments that gets a near perfect evaluation score from the BOARD of HEALTH!!! Not exactly something a ""dirty place"" receives. Also there is not a large menu but what they do serve is usually quite good and is always freshly prepared. During the day and during the week it can be a little gruff, but it's a working man's bar.The REAL time to go there is on Friday and Saturday nights. It is a very fun place to go to.They almost always have some type of entertainment like a Live Band or a DJ and the Owner Dan takes time to talk to everyone and try to make sure everyone is comfortable. It's like partying with Ricardo Maltoban as the host (""Smiles Everyone""). I've been going there on and off for a long time and over the years it has turned from a ""Biker Bar"" to a place where respect begets respect and all are treated fairly. So if you want a Steak Dinner on Fri. or Sat. No this is not your place. But if after that meal you want to grab a few drinks and dance and laugh with your friends then this the place for you. A hidden Jewel in Quakertown on the weekends especially.
Pros: Great,Comfortable way to spend weekend nights.
Cons: People who expect it to be a place like Mc Cooles
