Review content:
Never did repair the mower after 2 attempts. The belt was burning off of our riding mower because there was a piece on the deck that was broken - it was very obvious to see just by looking at it. They picked the mower up - had it a week and a half longer than they were supposed to and just ignored what we were telling them. They claimed all that was wrong with it was it needed a new belt. So they replaced the belt without repairing the break in the deck, replaced the muffler, which was not why we sent it there and sharpened the blade for over $200!!! When we got it back it was obvious that the the break was still there - after we kept asking about it. As soon as we engaged the blade - sparks starting flying. They came back and got it - returned it with a big mess of a weld on the deck and it broke again after 2 uses. Now we have to pay someone else to fix it properly even though they claimed they guarantee the work. DONT GO HERE- THEY DONT LISTEN AND THEY DONT CARE!!!!!!!!
Cons: do not listen, terrible service, can't weld etc, etc.
