Edie catered my wedding just two weeks ago in Folsom, PA. Everything about her food and catering services are over and above! Being in contact with Edie was an absolute joy as she is both professional and extremely friendly. She really knows what she is doing and how to do things well as she has been in this business for over thirty years.
Her food was absolutely delicious! Unlike most weddings that I have been to where food is way overpriced and either not very good or just so-so, Edie's food is amazingly good and affordable. Before I found out about Edie?s Catering, I did much research to find affordable caterers as my budget is very small and became very discouraged as there just did not seem to be any. I found many over-priced caterers that didn?t seem to offer very much. When I had about given up, I ran into a girl at a local hair salon who had recently been at a friend?s wedding where Edie had catered and she very highly recommended her. So I decided to give Edie a call and was pleasantly surprised and relieved that I had found a wonderful caterer that we could afford!
I had many compliments on how good the food was. The food not only tasted great but was displayed beautifully! I love that she has so many options to choose from and that most of the selections are food that everyone loves. Along with great food there was also great and friendly service. Her employers did a wonderful job and made sure that everything went super smoothly at the wedding. They lit all of the candles right before people arrived at the reception, cut the cake, and had the lighting perfectly, and made sure that things went smoothly at the buffet line. Another great detail that Edie supplies are linens! She had me pick out the colors I wanted and took care of the rest!
Edie is such a special individual that is passionate about what she does and was willing to help us in any way that she was able to, taking very good care of my mother and I. Because she has been in the business for awhile, she is very resourceful and was able to point us to other people that would help us make this day very special and beautiful. One person she directed us to is her daughter-in-law Nancy who helped me by offering her service of putting together stunningly beautiful centerpieces which were greatly admired by all of my guests!
If you decide to go with Edie?s Catering, you will not be disappointed!!
