I was looking for a engagement ring setting for a diamond, and my friend recommended Maloy's. I popped in, and they happily removed the diamond from the stud earring it was set in and cleaned it. The woman helping us brought out many settings that suited my taste, and that were in my price range! She had enough of an opinion to be helpful, without being pushy - and her opinion was in favor of the cheaper setting! The thing that really pushed this experience over into incredible, though, was when it came to getting the diamond actually set in the ring. She let me know that it would probably take about a week. I told her not to worry, as we were leaving town in a few days, and so wouldn't be here to pick it up that soon, anyways. She expressed her sadness that I wouldn't have the ring for my trip, and said she'd try and have them move it to the front so it would be ready for me to pick up before leaving! I said I wouldn't get my hopes up, as it seemed unlikely that they'd be able to get it done in TWO DAYS. It was ready the next morning. Unbelievable. I highly recommend Maloy's for service, selection, and just being a great local business!
