I've been there twice. The first time was wonderful! I took my Father with me, and we had prompt service and fast food. Awesome! The second time, an Indian family of six entered the restaurant just after my Boyfriend and it, and they were seated, given drinks and had their orders taken before we were even given place settings. We waited to be served, and ended up walking out without even water.
The food is good, though, I hate to give a negative review based on improper waitstaff prioritization.
