The service was great. When I voiced concerns on a step up that was not fully supported they added a support system that more than met my requirements. They will come out and work with you on the installation until you are completely satisfied. Great Customer Service. I used them for two separate installations of windows and sliding doors. I will use them again. They helped meet my Energy Star Requirements and select windows and a mulitple sliding door unit that was both Low e and low U. I get energy star tax credits and a beautiful window system. Now my windows do not allow air to blow in during wind storms, there is no dust from outside coming in. Best of all when I sit next to the sliding doors in my living room if it is 30 degrees out I do not feel the cold or heat transferring to the inside!!! I have already noticed that I do not need to turn on my air conditioner as my home stays cool. This is the best energy upgrade I could have done for my comfort.
