Review content:
I use to take my Toyota Highlander to the Toyota dealer for my maintance and I was not happy with their high cost. Two of my neighbors recommended Car Clinic and have started taking my car there and have been very happy. The staff is very helpful and friendly and my car gets excellent attention at a fair price. Erika works the desk and she is always cheery and their mechanics, especially Tibor, always know what they are doing.
Last week, I had noticed that someone had hit
my front bumper and left without leaving me any information. I took my car to a body shop and asked them if they could just "pop" the dent out. They said they couldn't "pop" the dent out, instead the whole bumper had to be taken off at a cost of $700. I don't have that sort of money and decided I would just have to drive around with the dent. Later that day, I took my car to the Car Clinic for the 60,000 mile check-up which I felt I had to do to keep my car running correctly, it's my only car and I depend on it. When I came back to pick it up I had noticed that the dent on the bumper was "popped" out by Tibor, I was thrilled. He had done it because he hated to see the car look bad. Any other car shop would then be asking me for more money and Tibor did it just out of the goodness of his heart. I didn't know there were such kind, unselfish business people left on this Earth.
Car Clinic definitely goes beyound the call of duty for their clients, this is one client who is very grateful. I will continue to recommend the shop to all my neighbors and any one who lives in the area.
