I currently live here. It is Horrible. Nothing gets fixed. I have waited 2 months for my water heater to get fixed. Gutters fell off after a storm and hitt my friend. The gutters still have not been out back up. Loud little kids allways running around the complexe destroying stuff. The Male landlord is a HORRIBLE landlord!! If you are not Mormon like him and his 7 kids you will receive a 30 day notice with in moving in after a few months. He does not follow Landlord tenant laws. it is a slum. I kid you not all of this is 100% honest. If you do not belive me contact the local courts and see the pile of paper work he has brought forth to the judge for non legal evictions. The court systems are fed up with him and most of the tenants are to. Pros: nice wood floors Cons: everything but the wood floors. Black mold, bad windows,many apartments not suted to live in.
