I have to shop around for my pets' food. I go to one store for one, another store for another. (What a headache!) I've been a long-time customer of George Leone - three and a half years. Recently, I bought one of the foods I get at his store (because he used to have the best price) and then drove down to Petco, only to find they had the same food at $.70 a can LESS!! Needless to say, I wanted to return my food for a refund in order to buy the other. But, despite knowing me and knowing that I was a long time customer, George refused to give me anything but store credit, tying up $60 of mine until such time as I might find something in his store cheaper than another and would want to buy it. He was quite callous about it even when I explained that I had no extra money and the other dry food I normally buy there I would not need for another month at least. My regular pet food purchases amount to about $200 a month. I guess his business is good enough that he can afford to offend a customer like that! I will be taking all my business somewhere else in the future. Don't make the mistake of shopping here! There is no customer service when you need it and no customer loyalty at all!
