Review content:
Early Summer/2011 - This Dealership merged with ""Miller and Sons Chevrolet"". So just so that it is understood, they are now one and fall under Miller and Sons as a dealer Name. Earlier this year when Aliquippa and surounding areas suffered from a ""Hail Storm"". I own a 2008 H3, and suffered 30 dents on my hood and 50+ on my roof, and a crack in my windshield. I made an appointment with Miller and Sons to estimate the damage. I left work early on the day of the appointment as they do not have late days for the body shop. When I arrived, the body shop manager opened a garage door and asked that I pull the vehicle inside since it was raining at the time. He did a 35 second walk around my vehicle and conversed in between about what he was to be estimating. It was not easy to see the damage with the vehicle being wet. He at this time said he was ready to write the estimate. I asked him how he was able to do this when he couldnt see all of what had been done and asked if maybe drying it off would help his visual on the damage. He then ststed that he would have to wash it to dry it so as not to scratch it and preceeded to look at me like I was crazy. It was a priceless look. I asked the shop manger why he did not phone me and let me know that the estimate would be difficult for him, because of the rain, so I did not have to leave work early and waste my time driving the 30 minutes it took to get there. The managers response was no response. I asked for my keys and said thank you for your time. He proceeded to open the garage door so I could leave, and after I backed out, he ""slammed"" the door. I phoned the Business manager, explained, and told him I would not be back.
