I have a situation. I ordered a specialty Hawaiian pizza and two orders of Honey Bourbon wings from the Avon lake Geppetto's on Saturday 11-27-10. I called back after finding out more people were coming over and added one large pepperoni pizza. I was charged $44.36 for the original order then charged $58.63. If they voided the original order, it never showed up on my account. Now I am out $102.99 for two pizzas and two orders of wings. The Manager would not make resolution. He wouldn't even offer me a coupon or a voucher. I have lived in the area all my life and have never been ripped off by any place of business. All I received was an appology. The manager showed me on his ledger one charge of $58.63, no record of the $44.36 (he said was voided), in the meantime until I receive credit on my account, I am out the money. He should have at least given me a free pizza, after all, they are not out the money, I am! I will keep a close watch on my account.
