I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I was here. They are very rude, the owner is a SNOB and has NO reason to be. Come on, we are talking North Fresno, not New York City or Paris. It's a store for CHILDREN yet they treat children like they have the plague or something. If a mother or father is shopping with their child, you need to expect the child to touch things. If the things are that fragile, they need to be on a high shelf or under glass. The selection of clothes is just so so. They are NOT that high-end but with the exhorbitant prices they have, you would think they are made out of gold. I just can't get past the rudeness. The one worker is a highschooler (or at least has the attitude/personality of a highschooler) and talked about her pregnant girlfriend. Not exactly what I want to hear from a boutique store. I have purchased from here in the past as well as several other friends and family of mine but never again. When the word gets out on the rudeness, snobby behaviour of the owner, staff, she'll be lucky to still have an open store. My advice, stay away, stay far far away!
Pros: NONE. It's not as boutique/high fashion as they think it is.
Cons: RUDE SNOBS! It's North Fresno, NOT Manhattan or Paris! Get Real!
