Mad Greek Restaurant

Review content:
aybe whats driving this Greek mad is the fact that half of the menu here is Indian, owing to the origins of the two original owners. And despite the passing of its longtime owner-manager, the restaurant, now in his sons hands, remains one of the best restaurants in the region for both Greek and Indian fare. The new generation has wisely decided not to change the menu, which has stayed satisfyingly consistent over three decades. A popular appetizer here is the Greek saganaki: kaseri cheese fried crisp and delivered to the table flaming. For a quick overview of Greek cuisine, try the mezedakia appetizer for two, a sampler that includes dolmades, spanakopita Greek meatballs and gyros slices with tomatoes and onions, feta cheese, Greek olives and pita. Indian entrees include lamb and spinach curry and shrimp-chicken goa. Desserts run from baklava to American favorites like cheesecake.
Pros: Menu Offerings, Atmosphere, Affordable
Cons: none really
