I decided to get new clubs a couple years ago and thought the custom fit experience would be great. I made my appointment for early march to avoid the rush. There was only one person manning the shop and he ran back and fourth throughout the fitting to answer the phone and help OTHER customers. The fitting took about an hour, which was fun but when I?m spending a thousand dollars I would like their full attention. The clubs took over a month to come in and when they did they had the wrong shafts. The shop had no remorse, did not offer me a discount for my trouble, not even a free hat for to shut me up. After about two months and 4 calls to ping the right clubs showed up. I picked them up and washed my hands of the shop. All though they knew the products and fitting equipment I would not recommend this shop.
