I'VE BEEN TO MANY VETS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR TO THE TIME WIITH EITHER DR. CHASE OR DR. JAAX. DR. CHASE HAS DONE A WONDERFUL JOB WITH HER STAFF. BOTH DR CHASE AND DR JAAX ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOUR ANIMAL. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOU AND THE TIME TO REALLY EXAM THE CONDITION OF YOUR ANIMAL.. THEY ARE HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH WHAT THEY THINK IS BEST. I ADOPTED A RESCUE DOG WHICH TURNED OUT TO HAVE MANY PROBLEMS. WHEN DR. CHASE TOLD ME IT DIDN'T LOOK GOOD THAT I MAY WANT TO THINK ABOUT PUTTING HIM DOWN. OF COURSE I DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR THAT & GOT ALITTLE CHOKED UP AND I COULD SEE THAT SHE WAS UPSET WITH THAT ALSO. BUT WE TRIED OTHER MEDS. I TOOK HIM HOME & HE WASN'T DOING WELL SO I CALLED & THEY SAID TO BRING HIM BACK AND KEPT HIM THERE. THEY LET ME VISIT HIM EACH DAY. DR JAAX WOULD KEEP ME UPDATED EACH DAY AND FINALLY GOT TO TAKE HIM HOME AND HE IS DOING GREAT TODAY. THANKS TO ALL THE CARE THAT THEY ALL GAVE TO HIM. I HAVE NEVER MEANT SOMEONE AS CONSIDERATE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF MY DOG AS ALL THESE PEOPLE WERE. DR JAAX WOULD EVEN PLAY WITH HIM ON THE FLOOR. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL THRU IT ALL.. I WAS GOING THRU SOME CHANGES AT THE TIME & HAVING THEIR UNDERSTANDING HELPED ME THRU A DIFFLCULT TIME. I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE PICKED THEM. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND AMAZING I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH. THEY TRULY PICKED THE RIGHT PATH. DR JAAX IS VERY INTELLIGENT AND INFORMATIVE. SHE'S FUNNY & IS REALLY DOWN TO EARTH. SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY & MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. WE ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HER AS A VET.
