Finding a good cleaner is like finding a good dentist….it takes a lot of shopping around to see if they meet your needs. There are many services offered by different cleaners and not all meet the needs of every client so though this cleaner did not especially earn my repeat business it may be perfect for you. I was disappointed mostly in the quality of service…I took in a garment with a spot…nothing large, just enough to irritate me…and they did not accomplish removing the stain. However, I then took the garment to another cleaner who DID remove the stain. My question is, "why it was not removed by Concord?"……a question they had no answer for. So, I must rate this business low in customer service and quality…..they did not fill my needs at the time and for that I say I would not recommend this cleaner. But as always...this is one womans opinion...take it or ignore it as you see fit.
