Don't believe the bizarre negative comments in these other reviews; I've been to Natalie's probably 10 times since it opened, and haven't seen anything like described. The whole staff, including Natalie, have been nothing but friendly on every visit. But go for the food: the hummas is by FAR the best you'll find in Dallas, and the Kafta kabob is just incredibly good. In the culinary wasteland that is Dallas, Natalie's is a shining star.
