Review content:
This review is based on two visits to the Ridge. I believe that any restaurant can have one bad night but the second visit to the Ridge was deja vu. The food quality on both occasions was lacking. The first meal was supposed to be a Philly Cheessteak but the meat was over cooked. I also ordered the Peach cobbler which turned out to be dough and peach syrup, not one piece of peach. The second visit I ordered the famous Ridge Burger which was an overcooked dry hamburger with soggy lettuce and onion on the side. The accompanying french fries were soft and watery. On the way out the door we were practically run over by a waitress chasing a waiter, both teenagers. Neither of them excused themselves, however, the girl did look over her shoulder as she ran down the hall and said, ""Have a nice evening"".
Pros: Our waitress was polite
Cons: The food and the lack of adult supervision
