I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired and everything else on the phone worked perfectly. When I returned to pick up my phone the software wasn't working. The technician was not aware of basic functions of the phone, and I talked with another customer outside of the store at the same time that confirmed his phone was now broken due to poor repair also. The owner refused to take responsibility for the damage, and at one point decided to call me a liar. He refunded half my money, which basically resulted in me paying this company $53 to damage my phone. It was disappointing to see such poor business practices and arrogance from a small business. I would beware taking any product here to be serviced, and go elsewhere after the way I was treated.
Pros: Good exercise in patience
Cons: Paying for them to break your phone.
