I was so excited to finally go and pamper myself with a pedicure that I had received as a gift. I had called early that morning and made an appointment for later that day. The man said it was open and took down my name. Later that day I had to switch my appointment to a half hour later. When I called a woman answered the phone and gratefully thanked me for calling and letting them know and that that would be fine. When I drove up to the salon a woman was standing at the door. She looked me up and down and did not say a word. When I entered she said something to me in what I think was Vietnamese. I did not understand what she said so I replied that I had a 3:30 appointment. Without even asking my name she told me that they were all full! I asked her how that could be being that I had spoken with them twice that day. She proceeded to go into the back room and another woman came out. She just looked at me and said they were full for the rest of the day. Their appointment book sits open on a desk and I saw my name penciled in. I told them that that was me. She continued to say that they were full and I must have spoken to her son who didn't write my name down. When I pointed out my name she just ignored me. I was in such shock it took everything that I had in me to not cry. In my entire life I have never been discriminated against, until now. Cons: The workers
