Well, I can't even comment on the experience, I didn't even get that far but here is what happened...
I sent in an email request on a vehicle, and the following day received a call back from James, seemed like a nice guy and told me that should I desire they would be flexible on the price.
I thought about it for a few hours and before I decided to make the drive out (it's a bit of a haul for me) called again to verify with James and ended up speaking with Darrel, who told me that was not the case and hung up on me before I could even explain that James had asked me to call back for just that reason.
If that's how these guys want to run things I'd hate to think of all of the people that have and will get shorted by their poor attitudes and just plain rudeness. Too bad for them.
I'm just happy they saved me the trip and you can be assured that I will use my influence to counsel potential buyers to avoid this company in the future.
