i cant even being to rate this place, i gave it one star only because its a requirement...- there really should be a negative rating option for what we just went through..... our company did a ""party pack"" lunch on 12/21- this was supposed to feed 6. When the food was delivered, the driver went to the wrong building, when we finally found us, he gave us a ripped bag with half the contents spilling out. Once we got the food set up, we noticed we were shorted 8 tortillas, 1 large side order of pico, and no plates and serving utensils. I called them back immediately to ask about missing items and was given an array of excuses which ended in the manger saying ""the driver will be right out with the items"" - 20 minutes later, driver arrives with plates and the pico (once again no tortillas) and asked for an addition $3 something for the pico! EXCUSE ME!? - We called them back and the manger tells us ""oh when you order that pack it doesnt come with pico"" and hung up - their flyer they advertise by has none of this info on it, the party pack clearly states that it comes with pico the manager himself said the pack should come with 8 tortillas per pound - any genius can do the math and come up with 16 tortillas total for 2lb order! yet he refused to believe we only had 8 tortillas, his driver/delivery guy even saw that we only had 8 and just shrugged his shoulders and walked away pico in hand (which we refused to pay for since it was supposed to come with our order in the first place) -- we will NEVER be back and will also mention to others the horrible service we received and stop them from going too!
