Review content:
Two times I've had to get my car repaired and both times I've gone to Haddock's on the recommendation of family. Both times I've had to bring the car back because Haddock's didn't verify the work was complete. The first time they left a broken piece on the door that should have been replaced, the second time they left the leather on the inside of my rear doors hanging out of the frame. The first issue was fixed without question. For the second issue I was told that the doors were like this when I brought it in (which is not true) and will have to wait to see if they'll fix this. Regardless of the outcome, if I need body work in the future I'll probably try another shop (and take pictures inside and out before leaving the car with them). Sometimes a business gets so successful they forget what made them a success to begin with.
Pros: What's done right is done really well.
Cons: Quality control, no late or weekend hours.
