My name Dmitri Golvin and i am living in building 1 on 920
Baychester av Apt 9a Bronx ny10475. My neighbor up stares living in Apt 10a is constantly disturb me by banning in a sealing ay night and day time. About 1 year ago Police woman toke to them about excessive noise.
Know they making noise even more ,they constantly biting they child he is screaming and yelling.
Please send some one to toke to them because they intentionally disturb me.
