I read last two reviews before i went to see Dr. Schott at their Southlake location. I want to report back today that i had nothing but good to say about ALL STAR ORTHOPEDICS. Doctor took time to listen to me came up with plan to help with my knee pain and his assistant got all my appts for injections, physical therapy and MRI in very timely manner. It has been more than 45 days since i saw Dr. Schott. I want to say that i received EOB from my BCBS insurance two weeks ago and charges were normal as i expected to pay them due to my high deductible plan. Charges were not surprise for me as they were explained at the time of visit.
Their office is very beautiful and well run. Staff is professional and very receptive to your request. I would say they are very busy but efficient.
