Talk about rude, ""I'm the boss"", ripoff on the street, lier and so much more explains this one. Recently we were trying to rent from Van Camp, which we are not. I asked if utilities were included why are we paying before there all turned on. I asked shouldn't we get some incentive. ""NO No No dear it doesnt work that way I have a degree and you dont know the real estate law."" Well I would like my money back if you can't do anything. ""Come into the office and will discuss this."" OK! says me. Waiting in the lobby or so called! Were called back. Told the lease we signed was in no good standing becuase the owner didn't sign it. The lease that we signed only hours before and received the key to the house. No talking was allowed, I was considered a hostile customer and she would not be able to work with me at all. The the cops were called becuase of Liz grabbing a book from my hands and I held a page and it tore out. Talk about wanting you for your money and thats it. Any disagrements you may as well not deal with her, Because Liz is the boss with several degrees and doesn't deal with welfare people, or in our case low incomed people that needed help. Doesn't stay on subject and is very unprofessional.
