I was a customer there for one year. On the last visit, the hairdresser over-processed my hair, and immediately at the sink, a big chunk fell out from the back. SHE DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME! And they always make you face the aisle instead of the mirror when they style your hair. Luckily, at home, I have a mirror where I can see the back of my head, and when I put my hair up for bed, there it was, a gaping 2 by 3 inch hairless scalp. When I went back the next day, she refused to refund me! They are very insensitive, and now my hair is ruined. Within two months, the rest of my hair just broke off at the root in chunks. They are always yelling at customers, I wonder how they are still in business. Go to Nu-Yu for a new look all right, but you wont be happy with what you see. Service received was a touch-up relaxer on afro-kinky hair.
