I'm from Gillette Wyoming and called Broadway Ford looking for a great deal on a new truck. I was put in touch with salesman Jay Smith. I explained what truck I was looking for and Jay found me an even better deal than I was expecting.
Jay went above and beyond a typical salesman and took care of me by phone and email. When I arrived late in Idaho Falls Jay stayed after hours and I was able to sign for the truck. Jay held up to his promise with the deals we talked about.
I appreciate Broadway Ford for having a professional salesman like Jay Smith.
