Review content:
First of all, we arrive and the staff was not friendly nor made us feel welcome to their hotel. We waited 30 minutes outside the front door to get valet parking. Then we finally get to our room, open the curtains and the window sill is full of ""potato chips"". Apparently housekeeping did not do their job. Next, we get in bed to take a nap and the sheets did not fit the bed - no elastic in the fitted sheet therefore it came off every time we got into the bed and they had a pillow top on top of the mattress that just slid off due to the sheets not holding. By the end of first day, we pull out the computer and could not log in (and being charged an Amenity fee of $6.95 per day) When I called the front desk to report it, she asked me to bring my computer down - what kind of service is this? Come one, one of the staff members should have come to the room. All I can say is that I would never stay at this place again, nor RECOMMEND to anyone ever! I feel I should get a complimentary package from the Queeen and Crescent to another hotel. $200 for the weekend and it was awful.
Pros: no highlites
Cons: unclean/unfriendly
