Review content:
I'm not a high maintenance person, but this place has got to be the most disorganized and inefficient business I have ever seen. Bad customer service was rampant throughout my stay. From when I had no one to give my car to as I arrived, to a rude and slow check-in, and ending off with an hour long wait to get my car back. The workers there are unprofessional and have secret ""meetings"" in the back, where all they do is eat cookies and pretend like they are working. I'd understand if they were short on workers, but the workers that were there, were extremely rude and did not seem to care that they had lots of customers waiting on them. They also charge a daily mandatory fee which includes wireless internet, but fail to tell you that the internet doesn't even work.
Pros: close to bourbon
Cons: small rooms, terrible service, no valet
