Their team knows East Nashville and likely sells more homes in a month than most sell in a year or more. Karen is so high energy and makes sure that deals get done. We first bought a home from them years ago and recently, they helped us purchase an investment property in Cleveland Park. Their office has moved over there and they are now the experts on this up and coming neighborhood.
