Okay...this company may be good but my experience was anything but. I visited them looking for hardwood flooring to get my dining room floor to match my kitchen. The salesman was very helpful and their prices were unbelievable. They told me they would be coming to my house to measure and provide me a quote to lay the wood in my dining room and refinish my kitchen to match the dining room. Well, the guy called me on Sunday night to schedule a visit on Monday morning at 08:15-08:30 am. I called in late to work anticipating his visit. At 9:00 am he still had not arrived so I called the guy who called me to schedule our appointment and he acted like he had no idea he was suppose to come! Yikes...the same guy. Well...he apologized and scheduled to come today (Saturday, 26 September 2009) at 09:00-09:30 am. I called on Friday afternoon to verify they were coming. Got up this morning and waited and waited. Called at 10 minutes past 10:00 am, same story...the manager acted as if he had no clue anyone was supposed to come! His only explanation was that their business doesn't run like that and he could reschedule a new appointment...um...no thank you. I can only imagine how long it would take to get the actual work done. I'm lucky that I had not contracted with them yet as this could have been a potential nightmare. At this point I'm willing to pay a dollar or two more a square foot if the service is prompt and the reps are willing to communicate. My recommendation w/this company?if they will make a house call?make sure you put a liquidated damage clause in the contract to protect you?I hope this company wouldn?t do this but we?ve all heard of contractors delaying work for every reason and a simple job taking months or years to complete?if they stand you up twice???? Pros: Rock Bottom Prices Cons: Service Exist? If so, not for me.
