I have sold and moved out of Lenox Village after living there for 11 months. Even though I have moved to a beautiful diferent community, I am still left with the bitter taste of how badly I was treated by the sales people and construction representatives. . They tell you what they think you want to hear and have no intention of following through with anything unless you get ugly. The house they built for me had a multitude of problems including structural which were not dealt with until the day before the closing. Once you close on a house there you are on your own to deal with all the unfinished items they leave. I was told that all final inspections were done before closing. One month later a Metro building inspector knocked on my door to say that the house had not had a final inspection and approval. It took three months to get the work completed that they left unfinished and final approval . This community sounded like a good idea but the reality of living there was very unpleasant. I am so glad to be gone from there.
