I totally agree with the older posts on here. Lenox Village is a wonderful concept, a beautiful, walkable neighborhood like the yesteryears. Too bad our sales person and the builders, REGENT HOMES has made it a very negative experience for us. We signed March 2005, was promised to move in within a few months, got the runaround for about a year, and was finally able to move in June 2006. Our sales person was AWFUL, like one person said, it was almost like he wanted us to just back out. He told us lies, misled us on the structure of the building (he said that the walls were a new way of construction where we wouldn't be able to hear our neighbors-WRONG!!!!), and acted like he didn't care at all about us cuz he knew he could get someone else in our place. Unfortunately, our experience in Lenox Village has hampered our view of Nashville. We were in Nashville for 4 years for school, and now that we are about to leave, our experience at Lenox Village has left a sour taste in our mouth for this city. We have lived here for almost 2 years and there are STILL things that need to be fixed in our unit, even after NUMEROUS times of requesting it to be fixed. So frustrating!!!
