In case you have not heard.......the great food is back at Smoke Ranch Junction !! As was the case with so many locals places, when the non-smoking law was passed, the kitchens closed down. But with the usual Las Vegas ingenuity, the Smoke Ranch Junction has found a way around it, and the kitchen is re-opened under a great chef named Scott Perrson, and he is doing a terrific job !! So, you owe it to yourself to stop by and try the new menu....you will really be glad you did !!
