This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Not only do they only fix stuff when you threaten them with a lawyer, but they charge you all kind of random charges when you go in to pay your rent. I have been charged for two certified letter, one that was NEVER received, at 55.00 a piece, ha for legal costs! The first one was because they said I was default on rent. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! Trust me, you will need them, because the office staff is so unreliable and no one has any idea what is going on, nor do they have record when they receive money from you.
