Do yourself a big favor and save yourself so much aggravation and money. Find another place. Ask around and find out what other people use for Plumbing and Heating. I had central air installed and I could tell you that today is 79 degrees in the house with the air conditioner on from last night. It's a disaster. Even so, one of the employees that worked on this central air said his boss took close to $400.00 out of his paycheck and he wanted me to pay him back the money. The audacity!! A botch up central air job, plus they had me sign something that stated they were not responsible for the electric; how convenient!! Now I have to hire an electrician to fix the central air problem hopefully. After $8,000 and asking for more and more money in between, we don't have any central air and I sat here day after day having them return to my home to accomplish nothing but wasting my entire day thinking that they were fixing the problems. They have no idea what they are doing; they wanted my husband and I to give them cash without a receipt. It just goes on and on. Phone calls never get returned and promises never follow through. Beware when someone says ""Trust Me"". Changes are, they are the ones you could never trust. All Week Plumbing & Heating should be changed to All Day and All Night Aggravation Guaranteed, the job will certainly not be complete to satisfy the customer, only our wallets will fill up with your money because YOU TRUSTED ME!!! Bad mistake on our part. Hope you will learn from this and find some other place for service. As mentioned, talk to other people. That's where we made a big mistake. They said they would give us a good deal and we went for it. They were lying right from the beginning and then the nightmare just got worse and worse. At this point, we will seek an attorney if we need to. It will be worth bringing someone like this company to their knees.
