I purchased a new Lexus GX470 from Marc Leasing. When it was delivered the driver was extremely rude and screaming in front of our house with all the neighbors around because my husband asked why the car was such a filthy mess. We told him to leave and we were not taking delivery of the car the driver yelled he didn't care he gets paid anyway. We called our salesperson and after talking with him for a little while he talked us into taking the car and he would pay to have it detailed. The driver dropped it off on our driveway with the keys in the front seat and took off. When we finally looked in our brand new car we saw that the wood on the passenger side was chipped and the warning light was on for the air pressure in the tires. We put air in the tires and two days later the warning light was on again. I took it to my local Lexus dealer and they said the tire was sliced on the side and that the wood was vandalized in order for it to be chipped like that unless it came that way. We called our salesperson he said he isn't paying we talked to the owner of the Lexus dealer they purchased from and he said it was done after the driver took possession and he gave me the owners name of Marc Leasing, Marty Abraham who refuses to talk to us. And now they expect us to pay for the damages and take no responsibility. Our sales person said he only makes $500 on the deal and he surely wasn't paying. They hired the trucking company not me and they sold me the car. Now on top of having to pay $1200 to fix my brand new car I have to pay for an attorney and take time off of work because they refuse to take care of this problem.
