My husband and I arrived at The Ritz on our anniversary day of New Years Eve. I particulary arrived with no luggage b/c Delta lost it for 6 days :( However, The ritz staff picked me out an outfit from the giftshop and delivered it to me in the Spa where I received a massage. The outfit along with the bag filled with razors, shampoo, cond., etc that were delivered to my room were complimentary. I have stayed at many Ritz properties and this one blew them all away. Thank YOU!
