When we first started looking for care for my mother we signed up with the first agency that came along, not knowing what we needed, what to look for in an agency or how to go about any of it. Visiting Angels was our third and last agency. Every week we have the same team of caregivers, neiither of the other agencies could give us that. It made it easier for my mother as she has a hard time remembering. Seeing the same faces over and over helps tremendously. The office staff and caregivers go above and beyond to actually form a bond, it feels like a family. They truly care about my mother and our family. Please give Visiting Angels your business, they will take care of you.
Pros: Loving, Compassionate, Always available
Cons: Cost. But after being with two other agencies, its more than worth the extra $1 per hour.
