I have made the mistake and hired this company to take care of my yard even after reading the reviews here.
The management team seems nice and professional and the team at the office had always been nice when I called.
However, the team that actually gets to do the work is rude and ineffective.
If you are an individual and have a choice, do yourself a favor and look for another company as you will see nothing but grief from these guys.
They do not clean as promised by the contract but simply blow leaves under the shrubs. It is sad that at this time of such high unemployment it seems hard to find good professionals for yard care.
