Disappointed entirely. The ""sales person"" who provides estimates, seemed very organized, professional etc. Totally on his game. It took several days to get the estimate. But the delivery of our first order of sod was right on time. Several pieces were cut crooked, which really stinks when your sodding an entire yard and you have huge gaps. SO, being that it is impossible to knock out 8 pallets promptly he suggested we split our sod order into two. And we did. Great idea right? HA! He told us 24 hour notice and it would happen. We gave him 48 hour notice, and no sod, called and called, and finally, OH, I can't get it delivered to you because of the holiday. WELL, that's when we had 4 adults to help us. SO, we conversed to try to get it here ASAP, bribed family to stay and help as long as they could. Now..they said it would be delivered at two....we have people here to help move it around and they are waiting....NO SOD. I called and was told more excuses. Had to go to two farms. It had to be cut this morning. The driver is late because of the holiday. Blah blah blah. My help has left, my husband has gone back to work, and now we are stuck with 5 pallets of sod that need to be laid down. It's one thing if we didn't explain all of this to the ""sales person"" but he knew all of this from day 1. Suggested splitting up the sod so we were capable of knocking it out with our schedule. We did that ...and they screwed us. We have 4 kids under 5, two of which are 6 month old twins. We have to plan this stuff out. The product: 419 Bermuda grass - not bugs...good stuff, but not cut straight. The sales person: Extremely professional and business like in person. Doesn't follow up with emails or phone calls promptly - thus making them unable to deliver sod within 24hrs as promised. Logistically - if I was paying people to help me lay sod or do yard work....they would be on the clock with no work to do. Logistically - they are incapable of coordinating to meet the customers needs and situation. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND if you need them for a sod delivery. We haven't used them for anything else and will not bother to. We did have estimates for other work, but we will find a way to handle it another way.
