Would not recommend boarding your dog here. I left my beautiful Lab there for 5 days and I called 2-3 times a day to check on her. With the exception of the first day (which we were told she was suffering from separation anxiety), We were told she was adjusting fine, playing with other dogs and doing great. We had her groomed before picking her up and when we arrived she had a gash on her head and was bleeding from her paw. NO one could tell us what happened. No explanation was offered. We were called later on as it was noted we were upset but instead of apologizing we were made to feel like it was our dogs fault. We were told she would go thru the video's and talk to the handlers and would let us know what she found out. I called to follow up and as of yet 2 wks later no one has called to give us an explanation. We called again and were pretty much told to bad. What a horrible experience..... its bad enough having to kennel your pups but to know they were harmed is just awful. Pros: Kennel Free Boarding Cons: Poor animal care
